Kokcha News Agency: Pakistani Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar arrived in Kabul on Thursday afternoon to participate in trilateral talks involving Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Uzbekistan. The meeting aims to boost regional cooperation, with a focus on trade, connectivity, and security.
Dar is accompanied by Mohammad Sadiq, Pakistan’s Special Representative for Afghanistan, and Mohammad Hanif Abbasi, the Minister of Railways, highlighting the importance of infrastructure and economic discussions on the agenda.
Earlier in the day, an Uzbek delegation led by Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov also arrived in Kabul, underscoring Uzbekistan’s commitment to strengthening ties with both Afghanistan and Pakistan.
This meeting follows previous trilateral summits held in Islamabad in May 2023 and in Kabul and Beijing in May 2025, reflecting ongoing high-level regional engagement.
