Resistance Front Claims Killing Three Taliban Fighters in Herat
The National Resistance Front of Afghanistan (NRF) has announced that it carried out an operation against the Taliban in Herat province, killing three Taliban fighters and seizing weapons and a motorcycle.
KABUL (Kokcha.News) — The National Resistance Front of Afghanistan (NRF) reported that it conducted an operation against the Taliban in the Guzara district of Herat province on Saturday night, September 22. According to the NRF, three Taliban fighters were killed during the attack.
The NRF stated that its forces also seized two weapons and a motorcycle belonging to the Taliban. The operation took place around 8:30 PM near the Herat-Pashtun Zarghun road, close to a police training center.
The fighters killed in the operation were reportedly members of the Taliban’s Al-Farooq Army’s discovery unit. The NRF confirmed that none of its fighters were injured during the operation.
