Death Toll in Gaza Exceeds 58,000 Since October 7, 2023, as Israeli Attacks Continue
The number of Palestinians killed in the Gaza Strip due to Israeli attacks since October 7, 2023, has risen to 58,386, with 120 deaths in the last 24 hours.
Kokcha News Agency – The Gaza Health Ministry released updated figures on casualties and injuries resulting from ongoing Israeli attacks.
In the last 24 hours, 120 deaths and 557 injuries were reported in Gaza hospitals. Since Israel broke the ceasefire agreement on March 18, 2025, 7,568 Palestinians have been killed and 27,036 injured.
Overall, the death toll from Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has reached 58,386, with 139,077 injuries.
In the last day, Israeli forces targeted Palestinians waiting at aid distribution points, resulting in 5 deaths and 143 injuries.
Since May 27, 2025, attacks on aid distribution points have killed 838 and injured 5,575. The commission tracking the missing persons in the Israeli attacks confirmed the deaths of 240 more individuals, bringing the total death toll to 58,386.
