FBI Removes Trump’s Name from Epstein Documents
The FBI has redacted the names of Donald Trump and other prominent figures from the released Epstein documents, citing privacy laws and legal reasons.

Kokcha News Agency reports that the FBI’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) review team has censored the names of Donald Trump and other well-known individuals before releasing the Epstein-related documents. According to Bloomberg, the decision was made based on privacy laws and legal considerations.
The primary reason for this move, from the U.S. government’s perspective, is that Trump was considered a private citizen at the time the federal investigation into Epstein began. As such, he is entitled to privacy protections under the law.
