Four Killed, 14 Injured in Chicago Nightclub Shooting
A shooting outside a nightclub in Chicago left four people dead and 14 injured, with police confirming that multiple gunmen opened fire on a crowd leaving the venue.

The shooting occurred in the River North area of Chicago around 11:00 PM local time on Tuesday. According to CBC News, the attack took place outside the Artis Lounge nightclub, where a dark-colored vehicle drove by and opened fire on the crowd. Police reported that three gunmen were involved in the attack.
Album Launch Party Targeted:
The crowd targeted in the shooting had just attended an album launch party for rapper Mello Buckzz. The victims were leaving the nightclub when the attack occurred.
Casualties and Injuries:
Chicago police confirmed that four people, two women and two men, were killed in the shooting. The victims included two men aged 24 and 25. At least 14 others were injured, with four in serious condition. The ages of the injured ranged from 21 to 32.
Rapper’s Response:
Mello Buckzz took to social media after the shooting, asking for prayers for the injured and stating, “All I can do is talk to God and pray.”
Ongoing Investigation:
No arrests have been made so far, and police have launched an investigation into the shooting. Authorities confirmed that multiple gunmen were involved.
Previous Incident at the Location:
This is not the first shooting incident at this location. In November 2022, a shooting outside the Hush Lounge nightclub, which was previously located at the same spot, left one person dead and three injured. Following that incident, the Hush Lounge was shut down, and the Artis Lounge later opened in its place.
