A security official from an unnamed Arab country, speaking on condition of anonymity, informed Middle East Eye that the delivery of Chinese surface-to-air missiles to Iran took place after a ceasefire agreement.
Another source suggested that Iran appears to be using new and innovative methods to conduct its transactions, indicating a strategic shift in how it manages its defense procurements.
