President Erdoğan Urges Global Unity for Gaza: “Enough is Enough”

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has called on the international community to unite against the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, condemning Israel's actions as "genocide" and urging an immediate ceasefire.

Kokcha News Agency: During his speech at the opening of IDEF 2025, the 17th International Defense Industry Fair in Istanbul, President Erdoğan addressed the escalating humanitarian crisis in Gaza.

“In these dark days when mass deaths from starvation have begun, I invite the entire international community to unite on the front of humanity,” Erdoğan stated. He condemned Israel’s blockade on humanitarian aid, which has prevented even the Red Cross from entering Gaza, and called for an immediate ceasefire.

Erdoğan described the situation in Gaza as a “genocide that surpasses even the Nazis,” emphasizing the deaths of innocent children and civilians. “No one with a shred of human dignity can remain silent in the face of this brutality,” he said, urging the world to say “enough is enough” to the violence and starvation in Gaza.

The President also highlighted Turkey’s efforts to promote global peace and security, stressing the importance of a strong defense industry to ensure national sovereignty. He noted Turkey’s progress in defense technology, with the country now ranking among the world’s top 11 defense exporters, focusing on indigenous production and innovation.
