Trump: We Will Not Beg or Try to Convince Iran to Negotiate
U.S. President Donald Trump has stated that Washington has decided to stop trying to persuade Iran to enter negotiations over its nuclear program, emphasizing that the U.S. will not "beg" Tehran to come to the table.

Kokcha News Agency – U.S. President Donald Trump has announced that Washington will no longer make efforts to convince Iran to engage in negotiations regarding its nuclear program
. According to the Jerusalem Post, citing two informed sources on Trump’s recent private discussions, the U.S. president made it clear that while Iran is welcome to join talks, the U.S. will not “beg” or actively seek to persuade Tehran to participate.
This statement comes after prolonged efforts by the Trump administration to bring Iran to the negotiating table. Washington has consistently emphasized that any future agreement must completely restrict Iran from enriching uranium.
In a related development, the U.S. representative at a relevant international institution warned that Iran’s suspension of cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has cast a shadow of uncertainty over its nuclear program.
