Arab League Calls Emergency Meeting to Address Israel’s Decision to Fully Occupy Gaza

The Arab League has decided to hold an emergency meeting in response to Israel’s decision to fully occupy Gaza, with discussions focused on action plans to counter the potential displacement of Palestinians and the deepening humanitarian crisis.

Kokcha News Agency: The Arab League has announced an emergency meeting to address Israel’s decision to fully occupy Gaza. The meeting, scheduled for tomorrow, was called at the request of the Palestinian Authority and with the support of member states, according to Muhannad Al-Aklouk, Palestine’s delegate to the Arab League.

Al-Aklouk stated that the meeting will discuss mechanisms to counter Israel’s plans to occupy and control Gaza, as well as the potential forced displacement of Palestinians either within or outside the Gaza Strip. He also emphasized that the meeting will address Israel’s ongoing genocide, massacres, and the deepening humanitarian crisis caused by the blockade and starvation policies in Gaza.

The Arab League’s decision to convene comes amid growing international concern over the humanitarian situation in Gaza and Israel’s military actions. The meeting aims to coordinate a unified response among Arab states to prevent further escalation and address the catastrophic conditions faced by Palestinians.
