Kokcha News Agency – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has revealed that a potential meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin could take place in Turkey, Switzerland, or Austria. Speaking to journalists in Kyiv, Zelensky emphasized the need for security guarantees before any summit, stating, “We want an agreement on security guarantees within 7 to 10 days. After that, a bilateral or trilateral leaders’ meeting can be held.”
Zelensky also expressed concerns over Moscow’s lack of signals to end the war or engage in significant talks. Additionally, Zelensky noted the uncertainty over Russia’s readiness to make territorial concessions and highlighted that Budapest as a potential meeting location is “problematic.”
