Death Toll in Israeli Attacks on Gaza Rises to 63,371 as Casualties Increase by 66 in the Last 24 Hours
Kokcha News Agency – The Gaza Health Ministry has released updated statistics on the casualties from Israel’s continuous attacks on the Gaza Strip, which began on October 7, 2023. In the last 24 hours, 66 Palestinians have been killed, bringing the total death toll to 63,371. Additionally, 345 people were injured and brought to hospitals in Gaza.
The Ministry also reported that 280 more Palestinians, whose deaths were confirmed by the Forensic Committee, have been added to the overall death toll.
Since Israel broke the ceasefire on March 18, 11,240 Palestinians have been killed, and 47,794 have been injured in the ongoing attacks.
In the last 24 hours, 15 Palestinians were killed and 206 were injured in attacks targeting civilians waiting for humanitarian aid.
Since May 27, 2,218 Palestinians have been killed and 16,434 injured in systematic attacks on so-called aid distribution points, which are allegedly coordinated by Israel and the U.S.
The total number of injured in Gaza since October 7, 2023, has now reached 159,835.
The Health Ministry also reported that 10 people, including children, died in Gaza hospitals in the last 24 hours due to malnutrition and starvation, bringing the total number of starvation-related deaths to 332, of which 124 were children.
