Israeli Captive: “We Are Netanyahu, Ben-Gvir, and Smotrich’s Prisoners, Not Hamas’”
An Israeli captive held by Hamas’ armed wing has accused the Israeli government of endangering the lives of captives in Gaza, calling Netanyahu, Ben-Gvir, and Smotrich the real captors.

Kokcha News Agency reports that Guy Dalal, an Israeli captive held by Hamas’ Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, has released a video message criticizing the Israeli government.
In the video, recorded on August 28 from inside a car in Gaza, Dalal stated, “We thought we were Hamas’ prisoners, but the truth is we are captives of (Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin) Netanyahu, (National Security Minister Itamar) Ben-Gvir, and (Finance Minister Bezalel) Smotrich.”
Dalal warned that Israel’s military operations in Gaza could lead to the deaths of him and other captives, saying, “Despite the Israeli army’s assault, we will remain in Gaza City. This means that I and more than eight Israeli citizens (captives) will die here.”
Dalal accused the Tel Aviv government of being responsible for the lives of the captives in Gaza, stating, “The idea of the Israeli army attacking the city (Gaza) horrifies me.
The attack means we will die here.” He called on Israelis to protest and pressure Netanyahu to reach an agreement for their release, saying, “We hear the sounds of helicopters and explosions. We want these to stop and to return to our families.”
It is reported that there are 48 Israeli captives held by Hamas and other Palestinian groups in Gaza, 20 of whom are alive.
