Hamas: Israel Killed 70 Palestinians in Gaza Despite Claims of Reducing Attacks

Hamas has responded to claims that Israel had temporarily halted its attacks on Gaza as part of U.S. President Donald Trump’s Gaza plan, which aimed to secure the release of all prisoners. In a statement, Hamas stated that the Israeli army continues to commit massacres against the Palestinian people, with 70 individuals, including women and children, killed in attacks on October 4 alone.

Hamas stressed that these attacks expose the falsehood of claims by the “war criminal Netanyahu government” that it would reduce assaults on defenseless civilians.

The media office of the Gaza government also reported that the Israeli army carried out 93 air raids on October 4, resulting in the deaths of 70 people, 47 of whom were in Gaza City.

Earlier, on October 3, Hamas had announced its acceptance of the prisoner exchange outlined in Trump’s Gaza plan, while stating that other aspects of the plan needed further negotiation.

In response, Trump expressed his belief that Hamas is ready for a lasting peace, urging Israel to immediately halt its bombardment of Gaza to ensure the safe and swift release of prisoners. On October 4, Trump also took to Truth Social, a U.S.-based social media platform, to commend Israel for temporarily stopping its bombings to facilitate the release of prisoners and the completion of a peace agreement.gazze-saldiri-aa-2360898 Hamas: Israel Killed 70 Palestinians in Gaza Despite Claims of Reducing Attacksgazze-yemek-aa-2402700 Hamas: Israel Killed 70 Palestinians in Gaza Despite Claims of Reducing Attacks
