Elon Musk Calls on Trump to Release Epstein Files as Feud Escalates

Elon Musk has urged former U.S. President Donald Trump to fulfill his promise and release the Epstein files, reigniting tensions between the two high-profile figures.

Kokcha News Agency: The ongoing feud between billionaire Elon Musk and former U.S. President Donald Trump has taken a new turn, with Musk calling on Trump to release the Epstein files as he had previously promised.

Musk made the call in response to a post by Trump on the Truth Social platform, where the former president expressed frustration over the continued discussion of Jeffrey Epstein, the late financier accused of sex trafficking and running a prostitution ring involving minors.

In his post, Trump claimed that the Epstein files were created by previous Democratic administrations, including those of Barack Obama and Joe Biden, and questioned why they were still being discussed. He referred to the files as part of a “Russia hoax” used to deceive the world.

Musk, responding on X (formerly Twitter), questioned Trump’s sincerity, asking, “Are you serious?” He pointed out that Trump had repeatedly mentioned Epstein in his post while arguing that Epstein should not be a topic of conversation. Musk concluded his response by urging Trump to “just release the files as you promised.”

Background on the Epstein Case
Jeffrey Epstein, who died in prison in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges, has been a focal point of controversy and conspiracy theories. His alleged connections to high-profile figures, including politicians, business leaders, and celebrities, have fueled widespread speculation and demands for transparency.

Trump had previously hinted at releasing documents related to Epstein, but no such release has occurred. The call from Musk adds pressure on Trump to follow through on his promise, while also highlighting the ongoing tension between the two influential figures.
