98 Killed in Gaza Strip in Last 48 Hours as Israeli Attacks Continue
The death toll from Israeli military operations in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 58,765, with 98 more lives lost in the past 48 hours, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry.
Kokcha News Agency: The Palestinian Health Ministry reported that 98 people were killed and 511 injured in the Gaza Strip over the last 48 hours, as Israeli military operations continue to escalate.
Since October 7, 2023, the total death toll has reached 58,765, with 140,485 injured. The ministry also stated that 7,938 Palestinians have been killed and 28,444 injured since Israel resumed attacks on March 18, breaking the ceasefire agreed upon on January 19.
Thousands of bodies are still believed to be trapped under the rubble in Gaza. Additionally, since May 27, 891 Palestinians have been killed and 5,754 injured in systematic attacks targeting aid distribution zones set up by the U.S.-backed “Gaza Humanitarian Aid Foundation.”
