Taliban Forcibly Evacuates Entire Village of “Rashk” in Panjab, Bamyan

Kokcha News Agency: In a recent development, the Taliban has reportedly forcibly evacuated all residents of the village of “Rashk” in Panjab district, Bamyan province. Sources indicate that a Taliban delegation, accompanied by nomadic groups, locked the doors of all houses and removed the belongings of the families.

Earlier reports suggested that only half of the families in the village had been evacuated, but it has now been confirmed that all 25 families residing in Rashk have been forcibly displaced.

The eviction comes after a legal dispute over land was resolved in favor of the nomadic groups. The Taliban has since enforced the ruling, leading to the complete evacuation of the village.

The situation has raised concerns about the treatment of local communities and the enforcement of land rights under Taliban rule.
