US Allegedly Sent Only $3 Million to Gaza, Not $60 Million as Claimed by Trump

Contrary to President Donald Trump’s recent claims, the U.S. reportedly sent only $3 million in food aid to Gaza, not the $60 million he stated.

Kokcha News Agency reports that the Washington Post has challenged President Donald Trump’s recent claims about U.S. aid to Gaza. According to the newspaper, the U.S. sent only $3 million in aid to Gaza in recent weeks, far less than the $60 million Trump claimed.

The report, based on regional sources and statements from the U.S. State Department, revealed that the $3 million was transferred to the Gaza Humanitarian Assistance Foundation (GHF), which operates under Israeli oversight.

The Washington Post also noted that Trump’s statement, “We sent $60 million in food aid to Gaza,” was inaccurate. The State Department had previously corrected this figure twice, stating that only $30 million in funding had been allocated. However, sources indicated that just 10% of this amount, or $3 million, was actually sent to the GHF.

President Trump had repeatedly claimed last week that the U.S. had sent $60 million in food aid to Gaza but received no gratitude in return.
