Israel Kills 247 Journalists in Gaza

Kokcha News Agency:The Palestinian government’s Media Office in Gaza has reported that the number of journalists killed by the Israeli military in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has reached 247.

The latest victim, journalist Islam Abid, a reporter for Al-Quds Today, was killed in the ongoing Israeli attacks.

The statement condemned the systematic targeting, killing, and assassination of Palestinian journalists by Israel, calling on the International Federation of Journalists and the Arab Journalists Federation to denounce these crimes.

The Media Office described these acts as “heinous and barbaric,” holding Israel, the U.S. administration, and other complicit countries like the UK, Germany, and France accountable for their role in the genocide.
