Turkey Condemns Israel’s Attack on Hamas Negotiation Team in Doha

Kokcha News Agency: In a strongly worded statement, the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned Israel’s attack on the Hamas negotiation team in Doha, Qatar. The ministry described the attack as a clear indication that Israel aims to perpetuate conflict rather than achieve peace, especially as ceasefire negotiations were ongoing.

The statement emphasized that this attack not only targeted Hamas but also added Qatar, a key mediator in the ceasefire talks, to the list of nations Israel has targeted in the region. Turkey reiterated its solidarity with Qatar, whose sovereignty and security were violated by what it called a “cowardly attack.”

Turkey called on the international community to increase pressure on Israel to halt its aggressive actions in Palestine and the broader region. The ministry’s statement underscored that Israel’s expansionist policies and its adoption of terrorism as a state policy are evident in such attacks.
