Israeli Military Announces Reinforcement of Troops Across All Regions
The Israeli military has announced the reinforcement of its troops across all regions during the Jewish New Year holiday, "Rosh Hashanah," amid rising tensions and international pressure following the recognition of Palestine by several countries.

Kokcha News Agency – The Israeli military has declared that it will reinforce its troops across all regions during the Rosh Hashanah holiday, which is celebrated on September 22-23 according to the Hebrew calendar. In a statement, the military said that following a situational assessment, it has decided to place its troops on high alert for “defense and offense” in various regions.
The decision to reinforce troops comes at a time when Israel is facing increasing international pressure due to its ongoing genocide in the Gaza Strip, which has resulted in the deaths of over 65,000 Palestinians and a humanitarian catastrophe. This pressure has been met with the recognition of the State of Palestine by several countries, including the UK, Canada, Australia, and Portugal.
Israeli state television KAN interpreted the troop reinforcement as a response to the expectation of rising tensions, particularly in the occupied West Bank.
Yesterday, the UK, Canada, Australia, and Portugal officially recognized the State of Palestine, prompting a strong reaction from the Israeli government. Far-right ministers in Israel called for the annexation of the occupied West Bank in response, while Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that illegal Jewish settlements in the West Bank would be doubled. Netanyahu also stated that Israel would respond to the recognition of Palestine after his upcoming visit to the US.
