Revisionist Zionism and Nazism: The Mysterious Russian Jew, Netanyahu’s Spiritual Mentor
Benjamin Netanyahu recently claimed he is not a "Zionist" but a "Revisionist Zionist," just before being accused of genocide by the United Nations. But what does this term mean, and how is it linked to Nazism?

Kokcha News Agency – In a shocking revelation, French analyst Thierry Meyssan, in a September 23 article, drew historical parallels between Revisionist Zionism and Nazism, highlighting the ideological and operational connections between the two. Meyssan’s analysis sheds light on the roots of Netanyahu’s political ideology, which traces back to Vladimir Jabotinsky, the founder of Revisionist Zionism, who shared racial nationalist ideologies with the Nazis.
What is Revisionist Zionism?
Revisionist Zionism, founded by Vladimir Jabotinsky (1880-1940), is a radical offshoot of Zionism that advocates for the establishment of a Jewish state through military force and territorial expansion. Jabotinsky, described by David Ben-Gurion, Israel’s first Prime Minister, as “certainly a fascist and perhaps a Nazi,” believed in the creation of a “Jewish Empire” alongside the Third Reich.
Historical Ties Between Revisionist Zionism and Nazism:
- The Haavara Agreement (1933-1939): This agreement between Nazi Germany and Zionist organizations allowed German Jews to emigrate to Palestine by selling their assets in Germany. Revisionist Zionists were among the main promoters of this deal, which was despised by most of the Jewish diaspora.
- Support for Nuremberg Laws: In 1935, German Revisionist Zionist banker Georg Kareski defended the Nuremberg racial laws, claiming they aligned with Revisionist Zionist proposals.
- The Madagascar Plan (1937): Revisionist Zionists supported the Franco-Polish plan to relocate Jews to Madagascar, aiming to create a Jewish empire there.
Jabotinsky’s Ideology and Netanyahu’s Lineage:
Benjamin Netanyahu has never openly admitted his allegiance to Jabotinsky but has consistently referred to Yitzhak Shamir, Jabotinsky’s ideological heir, as his mentor. Netanyahu’s father, Benzion Netanyahu, was Jabotinsky’s private secretary, further cementing the ideological connection.
The Kastner Affair:
During World War II, Hungarian Revisionist Zionist Rudolf Kastner secretly negotiated with the Nazis, including Adolf Eichmann, to save a select group of Jews in exchange for the deportation of hundreds of thousands of others. This collaboration highlights the moral compromises made by Revisionist Zionists during the Holocaust.
Netanyahu’s Revisionist Zionism Today:
Netanyahu’s recent statements, such as his commitment to a “Greater Israel” from the Nile to the Euphrates, reflect the expansionist and militaristic ideals of Revisionist Zionism. His government’s policies in Gaza and the West Bank, which have been accused of genocide by the UN, further align with this ideology.
UN Report on Genocide:
A September 20, 2024, UN report (A/79/363) concluded that Israel’s policies and actions in the occupied territories exhibit elements of genocide. This raises the question of whether the international community has correctly assessed the gradual shift in Israel’s regime.
Conclusion:
Revisionist Zionism, with its historical ties to Nazism, has shaped the ideological foundation of Netanyahu’s government. The UN’s findings serve as a warning to those who refuse to confront the truth: just as the Nazis targeted German democrats, Revisionist Zionists will show no mercy to their own dissenters.
