International Fact-Finding Committee: Sufficient Evidence of War Crimes in Gaza
Early Wednesday, a member of the International Fact-Finding Committee announced that there is sufficient evidence to consider what is happening in Palestine (by Israel) as war crimes.

Chris Sidoti, a member of the Independent International Fact-Finding Committee on the Occupied Palestinian Territories, told Al Jazeera that in some cases, the committee has been able to identify individuals, including Israeli officials and commanders, responsible for committing these crimes.
He also emphasized that the committee’s reports regarding Israeli crimes in Palestine have not been criticized by other countries, and only Israel and the United States have objected to these reports.
According to IRNA, the Zionist regime, once again violating the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, targeted areas of the Gaza Strip with heavy airstrikes on Tuesday night, as a result of which 63 Palestinians, including 24 children, have been martyred so far.
The attack took place hours after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered an attack on Gaza.
The Prime Minister’s Office of the Zionist regime announced on Tuesday night that he had ordered “strong attacks” on Gaza in response to the death of an Israeli soldier in Rafah.
Israeli War Minister Yisrael Katz had previously threatened the resistance movement, claiming that Hamas would pay a heavy price for attacking Israeli soldiers in Gaza and violating the agreement to return the bodies.
Katz said: Hamas’ attack today (Tuesday) on our soldiers in Gaza was a flagrant violation, and the army will respond to it with force.
