🚨 TURKEY SMASHES IRGC SPY RING: 6 Arrested for Targeting Incirlik Air Base and Drone Routes

Kokcha News Agency: Following a high-level coordinated operation by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Istanbul Police Counter-Terrorism Department, and the National Intelligence Organization (MİT), a major “political and military espionage” network has been exposed. The crackdown was executed through simultaneous raids across six provinces, including Istanbul, Van, Samsun, Yalova, and Ankara.

The investigation revealed that the suspects were in direct contact with elements of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). Their primary mission involved gathering classified intelligence on Turkish military bases, strategic infrastructure, and sensitive locations both within and outside of Turkey.

Crucially, security findings indicate that the cell was actively involved in the surveillance and reconnaissance of the Incirlik Air Base in Adana. Furthermore, the group played a logistical role in tracking and facilitating the movement of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs/Drones) through Turkey to third countries for operational purposes.

The following suspects were detained and subsequently remanded in custody by the Criminal Court of Peace:

• Ashkan Jalali (Iranian National)

• Ramzi Beyaz, Alican Koç, Erhan Ergelen, Taner Özcan, and Cemal Beyaz.
