Planes that hit Iran flew over the White House

On July 4th, former President Donald Trump hosted a grand celebration in the White House garden, featuring a display of American military firepower. Before his speech, B-2 stealth bombers and F-35 fighters soared above the White House, demonstrating the nation’s military capabilities.

Trump, addressing the crowd from the balcony, praised recent military operations targeting Iran’s nuclear facilities, calling them “one of the most successful operations in history” and “flawless,” adding, “Every bomb hit its target. There was complete destruction.”

He announced plans to modernize the U.S. military, stating, “We will surround the entire country with a Golden Dome,” implying strong national defense.

Highlighting his presidency’s impact, Trump claimed that the U.S. has regained respect on the world stage, asserting that NATO allies increased defense spending solely due to his influence. He criticized the Biden administration, calling the past four years “a horrible time,” specifically mentioning the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan as “the most shameful moment in our history” and vowed, “We will never let something like that happen again.”

The backdrop of the recent conflict was a 12-day war that began with Iran’s missile attacks on U.S. bases and Iran’s retaliatory strikes on nuclear facilities. After the U.S. bombed nuclear sites in Natanz, Fordo, and Isfahan on June 22, a ceasefire was reached on June 24.
