Iranian Former Police Commander’s Claim Blaming Afghans for Security Failures Dismissed as Excuse

Kokcha News Agency – The assertion that Afghans, particularly former members of the Afghan army, seized two military bases under the orders of the U.S. and Israel is being questioned. Critics argue this claim lacks logic and evidence, especially given the absence of any indication that Israel and the U.S. intend to invade Iran.

There is concern that this claim could be used as a pretext by the Islamic Republic of Iran to deport former Afghan military personnel residing in the country.

The reality, critics say, is that the Islamic Republic of Iran suffered an intelligence failure against Israel. Israel’s collaborators and spies were not Afghan immigrants or workers but were deeply embedded within the Iranian government.

Israel’s intelligence penetration within the Iranian government was at very high levels, targeting even the highest-ranking leaders and military commanders.

The state-run Fars News Agency has revealed that an emergency meeting of Iran’s National Security Council, including the heads of the three branches of government and military commanders, was precisely targeted by six Israeli rockets or bombs. President Masoud Pezeshkian and the members of the meeting managed to escape through an emergency exit.

Critics ask: Did Afghan immigrants and refugees know the exact time and location of this meeting?

What role did the French Jewish woman (Catherine Shakdam), an Israeli spy who infiltrated the Supreme Leader’s office and had relations with 120 Iranian officials, play in the intelligence failure.
