Iran, Russia, and China Hold High-Level Talks in Tehran on Nuclear Negotiations and Sanctions
Senior officials from Iran, Russia, and China convened in Tehran to discuss nuclear negotiations and the sanctions imposed on Iran, as tensions remain high following recent regional conflicts.
Kokcha News Agency: According to Iran’s official news agency IRNA, high-level diplomats from Iran, Russia, and China held a trilateral summit in Tehran to address ongoing nuclear negotiations and the sanctions against Iran.
The meeting, conducted at the level of Director-Generals of the Foreign Ministries, focused on the nuclear talks between Iran and the West, particularly the United States and Europe.
The officials agreed to continue such meetings at various levels in the coming weeks, signaling a commitment to further dialogue and cooperation among the three nations.
This meeting comes in the wake of the 12-day conflict triggered by Israeli attacks and subsequent U.S. strikes on Iranian facilities, which have kept Iran’s nuclear capabilities in the spotlight.
The discussions are seen as crucial for regional and global security, as Iran seeks to navigate the complex landscape of international sanctions and nuclear diplomacy.
Additionally, it was announced that nuclear talks between Iran and the UK, France, and Germany are scheduled to take place in Istanbul on July 25.
