US Justice Department Allegedly Informed Trump His Name Appeared Multiple Times in Epstein Investigation Documents

Officials from the US Department of Justice reportedly informed President Donald Trump in May that his name appeared multiple times in documents related to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Kokcha News Agency: The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported, citing sources familiar with the matter, that US Department of Justice officials discovered President Donald Trump’s name multiple times while reviewing documents related to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation.

According to the report, Attorney General Pam Bondi and her deputy informed Trump of this during a meeting at the White House in May. The meeting reportedly involved several high-ranking officials whose names also appeared in the documents, and this information was shared with Trump.

The Justice Department officials allegedly told Trump that the statements about many individuals in the documents were unverified rumors.

During the same meeting, it was reportedly conveyed to Trump that the Justice Department did not plan to release more documents related to the investigation because they contained images of child abuse and personal information of victims. Trump is said to have respected this decision and assured that he would not interfere with the Justice Department’s stance.

White House Denial
White House Communications Director Steven Cheung responded to the WSJ report, calling it “another false story, just like previous reports from The Wall Street Journal.”

Jeffrey Epstein Case
Jeffrey Epstein, who was accused of sexually abusing dozens of underage girls, some as young as 14, and running a sex trafficking ring, was found dead in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York on August 10, 2019.

The released Epstein case files included names of prominent figures such as Prince Andrew, former US President Bill Clinton, former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, former US Vice President Al Gore, actor Kevin Spacey, singer Michael Jackson, magician David Copperfield, lawyer Alan Dershowitz, and former New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson.

The FBI and the US Department of Justice recently came under scrutiny for their handling of the Epstein case, particularly the so-called “Epstein files.” Attorney General Pam Bondi revealed that thousands of images related to Epstein had been reviewed, but no evidence of a “client list” was found.

Investigators concluded that Epstein died by suicide in his cell, despite conspiracy theories suggesting he was killed to cover up the involvement of powerful individuals.

Journalist Tucker Carlson also claimed that Epstein “worked for Israel,” a sentiment allegedly shared by many in Washington, though not openly stated.

WSJ previously reported that Epstein’s girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell, had asked acquaintances to write letters to Epstein for his 50th birthday, one of which was allegedly from Trump.
