Germany Reports Slight Progress in Gaza Humanitarian Aid, But Says It’s Not Enough
The German government has noted slight progress in delivering humanitarian aid to Gaza but stressed that it is insufficient to address the urgent crisis.

Kokcha News Agency reports that German Government Spokesperson Stefan Kornelius has emphasized Israel’s continued obligation to provide comprehensive humanitarian aid to Gaza with the support of the United Nations (UN) and other aid organizations. Kornelius stated that the German government has observed “initial slight progress” in humanitarian aid for the people of the Gaza Strip but underlined that it is far from enough to alleviate the emergency.
Kornelius also expressed concern over reports that “a significant amount of aid materials have been seized by Hamas and criminal organizations.”
German Foreign Minister Wadephul visited the region, meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Foreign Minister Gideon Saar, and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. He also visited the town of Al-Taybeh east of Ramallah in the West Bank and held discussions with representatives of aid organizations.
