President Trump Takes a Walk on the White House Roof
President Donald Trump was spotted walking on the White House roof, telling reporters he was “just taking a little walk” while gesturing toward plans for a new ballroom.
Kokcha News Agency – U.S. President Donald Trump made headlines today after he was seen walking on the roof of the White House. When asked by reporters, “Mr. President, what are you doing up there?” Trump casually replied, “Just taking a little walk.”
During his rooftop stroll, Trump appeared to make gestures and comments related to the recently announced plans for a new ballroom addition to the White House. However, from a distance, his exact words were unclear.
The White House Press Secretary, Karoline Leavitt, addressed the incident, stating, “For 150 years, presidents, administrations, and White House staff have dreamed of a larger event space to accommodate more guests. President Trump is determined to solve this issue for future administrations and the American people.”
The new ballroom project will be designed by McCrery Architects, with engineering handled by AECOM. Since taking office, Trump has overseen several changes to the White House grounds, including the addition of flagpoles to the North and South Lawns and the resurfacing of the Rose Garden.
