Israel’s Gaza Occupation Plan is a Crime Requiring International Response
Fatah spokesperson Maher al-Namoura has condemned Israel’s plan to occupy Gaza as a crime that will lead to mass Palestinian deaths, calling on the international community to intervene and stop the move.
Kokcha News Agency – Maher al-Namoura, spokesperson for Fatah, has strongly criticized Israel’s plan to occupy Gaza, describing it as a crime that all free people must oppose. He warned that the plan will result in widespread Palestinian casualties and worsen the already dire humanitarian situation in Gaza.
Al-Namoura highlighted that around one million displaced Palestinians are currently living in tents in Gaza, and an Israeli occupation would only deepen the crisis. He called on the United Nations, the Arab League, and world leaders to take immediate action to halt Israel’s plans.
The Fatah spokesperson emphasized that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has no intention of transferring control to the Palestinian Authority or Hamas. He urged Arab nations not to agree to any form of governance in Gaza under Israeli military control.
Al-Namoura reiterated that the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) remains the sole legitimate representative of the Palestinian people. He stressed that all territories must be handed over to the Ramallah-based government to move towards a two-state solution.
