U.S. Military: China Building a “Killer Web”

Kokcha News Agency – Western military experts have raised alarms over China’s “Guowang” satellite project, stating that it is more than just a communication network. The project, which involves thousands of satellites, is designed to provide capabilities for identification, tracking, and even directing military attacks.

Observers suggest that such capabilities could pose a direct threat to U.S. aircraft carriers and military assets in the region. China has already launched dozens of Guowang satellites into orbit, with recent launch speeds rivaling those of SpaceX’s Starlink missions.

Chinese state media reports that these satellites will be equipped with advanced technologies such as laser terminals, imaging radars, and optical surveillance systems.

Meanwhile, Washington believes that Guowang will be part of China’s “killer web”—a complex space-military network that could alter the battlefield in Beijing’s favor in future conflicts.
