West Pushes Georgia to Open “Second Front” Against Russia
Kakha Kaladze, Secretary-General of Georgia's ruling party "Georgian Dream," revealed that the West has been pressuring Georgia to open a "second front" against Russia, offering military equipment in return.
Kokcha News Agency: Kakha Kaladze, the Secretary-General of the ruling “Georgian Dream” party, stated that Western partners have been attempting to pressure Georgia into opening a “second front” against Russia.
He disclosed that promises were made to provide military equipment and other forms of support if Georgia agreed to this move. Kaladze described these actions as “blackmail and insults,” with threats even being made in the Prime Minister’s office.
He further emphasized that Western partners continue to exert pressure on Georgia, this time threatening to suspend the visa-free regime with the European Union. Kaladze acknowledged that there is evidence of such pressure and that Georgia will act if necessary, but he reiterated that it is in the country’s best interest to remain in its current position.
