Court Rules Against Trump: “Most Tariffs Are Illegal”
A U.S. appeals court has ruled that the majority of President Donald Trump's tariffs are in violation of the law.
Kokcha News Agency – The U.S. Court of Appeals has ruled that most of the tariffs imposed by President Donald Trump on various countries at different rates are illegal.
The court decided that the tariffs can remain in effect until October 14 to allow for appeals to be filed with the Supreme Court.
The U.S. administration has not yet issued a statement regarding the ruling.
