Venezuela Warns U.S. Against Military Aggression, Vows Strong Resistance
Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodríguez has issued a stern warning to the United States, stating that any military aggression against the Latin American nation will be met with fierce resistance.

Kokcha News Agency – Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodríguez has warned the United States that any military intervention in Venezuela will result in severe consequences. Speaking on Friday, Rodríguez stated, “Those who think about military aggression against Venezuela should know that it will end very badly for them, and we will become their nightmare. American warmongers, calm down.”
Rodríguez accused the U.S. of supporting fascist groups that aim to control Venezuela’s wealth and resources.
Tensions between the U.S. and Venezuela have escalated recently, with Washington deploying three naval ships and over 4,000 marines near Venezuelan waters under the pretext of combating drug trafficking.
On Tuesday, an American source told AFP that U.S. President Donald Trump plans to send two additional warships to the Caribbean Sea.
In response to the U.S. naval deployment, Venezuela has sent its own warships and drones to patrol coastal areas.
Washington has also doubled the bounty for the capture of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, accused of drug trafficking, to $50 million. The U.S. has labeled Maduro and Venezuelan Interior Minister Diosdado Cabello as leaders of the “Cartel of the Suns,” which it has designated as a terrorist organization.
Maduro has accused the U.S. of attempting to orchestrate a regime change in Venezuela and has announced plans to mobilize 4.5 million militia members across the country in response to American “threats.”
