Peskov: Global System of International Relations is Undergoing Transformation

Kokcha News Agency – Dmitry Peskov, the spokesperson for the Russian presidency, highlighted during an interview with Sputnik News Agency at the Eastern Economic Forum that the world is currently experiencing a transformative period in which the entire system of international relations is undergoing profound changes.

Peskov emphasized that Russian President Vladimir Putin has supported China’s initiative for a new global governance model, which was discussed at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit.

He stated, “This is one of the very important initiatives emerging during this transitional period. We are in a period where the entire system of international relations, international economic relations, and international legal relations is actually changing. But in which direction, we still do not know exactly.”
