Kokcha News Agency: According to UAE-based media outlet Al Arabiya, President Donald Trump has drafted a comprehensive 21-point plan to address the ongoing conflict in Gaza.
The plan, which was reportedly discussed during the United Nations General Assembly with leaders including Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and several Muslim leaders, outlines steps for an immediate ceasefire, the release of all hostages, and the gradual establishment of governance in Gaza.
Key Points of the Plan:
- Release of Prisoners: Thousands of Palestinians, including those serving life sentences, will be released from Israeli prisons in the first phase.
- Humanitarian Aid: International organizations and the UN will be allowed to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza without obstacles.
- Disarmament of Hamas: The plan calls for the closure of the Gaza Humanitarian Aid Foundation and the collection of Hamas weapons by an international Arab force over a specified period.
- Amnesty for Hamas Members: Hamas members who agree to disarm and leave Gaza will be granted amnesty.
- Temporary Military Governance: After the war ends, Gaza will be temporarily governed by a military force composed of Arab countries, with a Palestinian committee established for daily administration.
- Reconstruction of Gaza: A five-year reconstruction plan will be managed by an international and Arab consortium.
- Guarantee Against Annexation: The U.S. has guaranteed that Israel will not annex the West Bank.
Precondition: The plan’s implementation hinges on Hamas laying down its weapons.
