If Nation-Building Was “Voluntary,” Why the Massacres and Forced Displacement?

Kokcha News Agency – The narrative of “voluntary” nation-building in Afghanistan has been challenged by historical evidence of massacres, forced displacement, and the systematic erasure of cultural identities.

From the era of Abdur Rahman Khan to Mullah Ghaybatullah, policies of displacement and cultural suppression have been used to enforce a singular national identity.

The Persian language, for instance, was politically and forcibly replaced with fabricated names, undermining linguistic diversity.

Afghanistan has never been a “unified nation”; what existed was the tolerance and endurance of generations, not justice or equality. The “national identity” being promoted is, in reality, a chain of ethnic fascism, colored by the blood of the innocent and cemented by the falsification of history.

A true nation cannot be built through force and bayonets, nor by imposing and confiscating languages. What is being called the “nation” is nothing more than a project to bury the truth and enslave the future.

A real nation will only be born when justice, equality, and diversity flow through the veins of this land, not when the blood of its people is sacrificed through deceit and violence.
