Israeli Strikes in Gaza Kill 38 Palestinians, Including Women and Children
Kokche News Agency — Israeli military operations across various areas of Gaza early in the morning have resulted in the death of 38 Palestinians, including women and children, and left many others injured.
According to local sources, the Israeli army launched attacks targeting houses, tents where displaced civilians are staying, and a school in multiple regions of Gaza. These strikes have caused numerous casualties and damages.
In the southeast of Gaza City, at the Imam Shafi School in Zeitan neighborhood, 7 civilians lost their lives in an Israeli bombardment that also wounded many others. The school was sheltering displaced residents.
In the west of Gaza City, near Mevhubin School where displaced people are staying, a house was hit in a drone strike, resulting in at least 3 deaths, including two children, and many injuries. The area around the school also sustained damage to tents and shelters.
In Rafah, near a joint U.S.-Israeli aid distribution point, Israeli forces fired on civilians waiting for assistance, killing 2 Palestinians and injuring several others.
In Han Yunus, near Ribat College where displaced civilians are housed, Israeli fire killed 3 Palestinians, including a woman, as they sheltered in tents. Many tents and nearby structures were also set on fire.
In the Mevasi area of Han Yunus, an air attack targeted a tent belonging to displaced Palestinians, resulting in the deaths of a father and his son.
Israeli helicopters also bombed a house in the Gaza refugee camp, causing 2 fatalities. In another attack on the Bureyc Refugee Camp, two siblings were killed, and many others injured.
The ongoing violence in Gaza’s southern city of Rafah, where Israel bombed aid-deposit zones and fired live ammunition at civilians, has led to the deaths of 9 people, including 3 children, and many injuries.
Additionally, in the eastern Zeytun neighborhood and the northern Cibaliya el-Balad area, two separate Israeli airstrikes killed 3 Palestinians, including one woman.
