Bomb-Laden Drones Strike Near Oil Field in Erbil

Kokcha News Agency – The two drones targeted an area within the Khurmala oil field in the Erbil province.

The Counter-Terrorism Agency of the Iraqi Kurdistan Region explained that the incident occurred at 8:20 PM and 8:25 PM inside an oil field in Khurmala, Erbil.

The agency emphasized that the incident did not result in any casualties.

Furthermore, the Command of the Joint Operations Staff of Iraq explained that the Khurmala oil field in the town of Makhmur in the Erbil province was targeted by an attack with two unidentified drones.

The unit pointed out that the incident did not result in any casualties, and the damages were limited to material aspects.

The Command of the Joint Operations Staff announced coordination with security and intelligence forces in the Kurdistan Region to investigate the details of this attack.
