Aid Trucks Enter Gaza After Ceasefire
Humanitarian Assistance Begins After Agreement
Kokcha News Agency: Following the ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel, it has been announced that humanitarian aid trucks have started entering the Gaza Strip.
According to information obtained from local sources, a large number of aid trucks have entered through the Kerm Abu Salim Border Crossing in the south, which is under Israeli control.
Information regarding the humanitarian aid materials inside the trucks has not been provided.
Following the agreement reached in Egypt, the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip went into effect on October 10th at 12:00 local time.
In a written statement from the army, it was stated that the partial withdrawal of Israeli soldiers towards the points defined as the “yellow line” has been completed.
Gaza, which has been attacked by Israel for 2 years and where the humanitarian crisis has reached “disaster” proportions, needs 600 trucks to enter daily.
